I was suggested by friends to go here because they have bottomless mimosas so of course we had to try. It was a gorgeous day out so we sat outside on the patio and Jason was an amazing server and so personable for our amazing brunch service. The menu was sounding so good I didn't even know what to order because I wanted it all. I went with my go to, eggs Benny, which was so good and filling. My boyfriend started with the French onion soup and he said it was the best he ever had. I want to come back here for happy hour soon because from the service to the food and drink everything was amazing!

The service here was top notch, our server was very attentive and well informed on the menu. The food is luxury level but pricing is below market average which is a huge plus. The location has lots of street parking. Decor inside gives the feeling of a very fancy restaurant and makes you feel like you're in a 5 star establishment. We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch menu and would return as there were multiple things on the menu we wanted to try.

Parc Bistro did a great job packing our dinner to go everything was tidy and tasty. Staff was nice and the wait wasn't long since we ordered ahead. Really Enjoyed the tartare and duck.

Came here for brunch with my husband and 2 friends and had a good time. The ambiance is nice and definitely bistro style. We made a reservation and were sat right away. It took quite a while for someone to greet us after we were sat by the hostess which was kind of disappointing as people sat after us were being served immediately. I love all of the options on their menu, there is something for everyone. We had the chicken + waffles, French toast, and grilled chicken Caesar salad. Everything was good but I'd probably try something different next time. The draw here is definitely the bottomless mimosas for $18. Such a great deal!

My little coven, took me to Parc Bistro to celebrate my birthday and we had such a wonderful experience for brunch. This was our first time here and I did take the time to stalk their menu online. There was outside seating and it was a little warm so I was glad that we were sat inside. From the outside you wouldn't think that the restaurant was that much bigger inside but it is so roomy, if you wanted to host a private event there is large enough room to do so! Our first server was really nice and lent me her bag hook for the table, she did had to leave so our actual server was Jason and she just asked us to give the hook back to Jason, super nice of her Jason was really friendly and attentive, he gave us the specials and made us aware that there were bottomless mimosas for $22, like what? I had things to do so we did not opt for that, but I did order the Rose Spritz, it has Aperol, lychee liqueur sparkling rose and rose water. It was absolute perfection! So light and refreshing and so tasty, I got two. For food, we shared the quiche, for mains I ordered the crab cake eggs benedict, that quiche was delicious so flavorful and I really loved the side salad it came with. My benedict was also so good, it comes with two crab cakes and perfectly poached eggs, seriously so delicious. At the end Jason brought out a complimentary pavlova and it was perfect size to share with the girls and it was a perfect little sweet treat. Thank you again for having us definitely have to come back for bottomless mimosas!

My first visit to Parc Bistro-Brasserie wasn't too shabby! My friend and I came in for an early dinner. I made a 5:30 pm reservation, which I later ended up switching to 5:45. It wasn't a problem and we were seated immediately when we arrived. This establishment had me feeling extra bougie, lol! The ambiance is not at all like other places. You feel like you're really in France having a blast, as you wine and dine away. With the dimly lit interior and comfortable seating, this is a great spot for a date night. I came in specifically for the Parc Burger with a side of Aioli, as recommended by fellow Elite Shay M. I was sadly disappointed when I was told they only serve it during lunch and brunch hours. What a bummer! However, I ended up choosing the Pan Roasted Alaskan Salmon, and my friend got the Mussels & Frites along with the French Lavender Martini. We left nothing behind, as all the dishes were extraordinary! The mussels are nice and chunky, and the portion was very generous. The shoestring frites were the perfect side. We couldn't get enough of the complimentary bread and butter. It comes with an olive tapenade, which was okay. I much preferred the salted butter on my bread. My salmon dish was perfectly prepared, and it was seasoned well. It wasn't over or under done, and the balance of the garlic-mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach was right on the money. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The prices are above average, and well worth it. I am already planning my next visit so I can have that drool-worthy burger Shay always gets! I would recommend reservations on weekends and during the evenings, especially if you are pressed for time. Parking is hit or miss, but there are meters all around, and a small parking lot by the outdoor dining area. Just be sure not to park in any spot that says "pilates."

I was thrilled to be able to find a French restaurant within walking distance of my hotel. And they had exactly what foods I hoped they would have. Decided to pass on the escargot as I would never have finished everything and had noone to share it with. I settled on the bouef bourginon (beef burgundy) and soupe a la oignon gratinee (French onion soup). They also provided a board of sliced mini French bread with butter and herbs I also got the apple tarte tatin to go. Everything was presented beautifully and a delight to the tastebuds. Service was done at the appropriate pace. Even though I sat at the bar, they asked would I like my meal with my cocktail or after, which I thought was a nice move. I had some sort of French martini, but I forgot the name. It had lavender in it and was wonderful. I liked the ambience, quiet music.

Our first time at this restaurant. We all really enjoyed the food. We had an earlier dinner reservation and as the evening progressed it got very busy. Every dish was prepared exceptionally well. The fresh baked bread and butter was outstanding. For the food alone we'd go back. The server was very prompt and efficient and very very friendly. I've given 5 stars as this restaurant is definitely a must. The server was very cordial. All of the table runners were exceptional as well. We'd go back. Just know sometimes we drink wine and cocktails and sometimes we dine alcohol free. We ask that if the entire table decides to skip alcohol, that should be 100% ok for all of the restaurant staff. It's becoming more normal than rare these days as more people trend healthier. And that's ok. Thank you for a great evening.

Delightful Happy Hour before an Organ Concert in Balboa Park. The Happy Hour menu is quite nice with over a dozen items. Happy Hour is served in the bar and at the outdoor tables, which is our preference. The restaurant interior is quite nice and reminiscent of being in Paris. This evening, we enjoyed the Seared Ahi Sliders (4/5 2/$14) and the Tarte Flambeé (5/5 $12). The Tarte is a crispy flatbread topped with French ham, caramelized onions and Emmental cheese. Quite tasty! My favorite cocktail here is the Blood Orange Old Fashioned (5/5 $12.00). Perfection. Street parking only.
